Kristi Maxwell Prince 3Arkansas Business, a weekly business journal, named Kristi Maxwell-Prince of Maxwell Hardwood Flooring (Monticello, Ark.) CFO of the Year in the small, private-company category.

Awards were presented to the state's top CFO's on Nov. 6 during the 5th annual CFO of the Year Awards Luncheon in Little Rock, Ark.

Along with her responsibilities at Maxwell Hardwood Flooring, Prince also assists with the financial duties of two other companies of which she is co-owner: BioWood, a pellet manufacturing company in Monticello, Ark., and Townsend Flooring Inc. in Warren, Ark.
