Last week, five members of Prestige Flooring (Fenton, Mo.) earned their National Wood Flooring Association Certified Professionals certification for installation while installing 900 square feet of flooring in a new Habitat for Humanity home in University City, Mo.
Brett Miller, NWFA's director of education and certification, and Wayne Lee of Middle Tennessee Lumber proctored the hands-on certification test. Fortifiber Building Systems Group (Fernley, Nev.) donated the underlayment, and WD Flooring (Laona, Wis.) donated the wood flooring with Rubio Monocoat finish.
