Al Maghes to Retire from Erickson's Flooring

Al Maghes, Erickson's Flooring & Supply's (Ferndale, Mich.) account manager for the east side, has announced his retirement, effective Dec. 31.

Maghes started with the company in 1989 as an account manager in the Detroit metro area, working for Dick and Diane Walters. Through the following 25 years, he served as sales manager, general manager, VP of sales and VP of product development. The company credits Maghes with transitioning Erickson's from a one-facility organization to a company serving five states from its five facilities.
