The National Hardwood Flooring Association held an Intermediate Installation school at host E.J. Welch Company's Chicago location, Aug. 5-8.
The school's instructors, who led the students through sessions on job-site preparation, installation of borders and medallions and parquet installation, were NWFA Regional Instructor Kjell Nymark, Precision Hardwood; Gene Jarka, Powernail Company; Mike Kearns, Primatech; Darek Zukowski, Chicagoland Flooring; and Roger Barker and Tim Moore, Fortifiber.
