Kährs Group (Altamonte Springs, Fla.) acquired part of recently formed, Croatia-based wood flooring manufacturer Pozgaj Flooring.
The acquisition bolsters Kährs Group’s position near the Central European wood flooring market, and increases the company’s access to Croatian oak, according to a statement from Kährs.
Kährs Group, through the acquisition, becomes a minority owner in Pozgaj Flooring with an option to purchase the remaining shares.
