Colorado AG Investigating Hardwood Floor Business Owner

Michael Horton Jr., owner of several hardwood flooring companies, is under investigation by the Colorado attorney general after 48 complaints were filed with the Better Business Bureau of Denver, according to Fox 31 in Denver.

Horton operates Arvada Hardwood Flooring, 303 Custom Hardwood, 5280 Custom Hardwoods and Interstate Hardwood.

Horton is alleged to have taken money from customers, sometimes thousands of dollars, without finishing the job. There are a number of lawsuits filed against him, according to Fox 31.
