Gary Stephenson, longtime hardwood flooring professional, passed away at the age of 62 in northern Wisconsin.
Stephenson started in the industry as sales manager for AGA Inc. in Amasa, Mich., from 1981 to 1987. He then became president, sales manager and co-owner of Action Floor Systems in Mercer, Wis., from 1988 to 2009.
He is survived by his wife, two children, two sisters and one granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held Oct. 1 at 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church in Eagle River, Wis.
