Loba Wakol LLC (Pinevilla, N.C.) hired Liz Capobianco as a customer service representative.

Capobianco will process orders and help answer customer questions. She has more than 10 years of experience in customer service. Her family has a long history in the flooring industry.

“My grandfather, my father and my older brother have all had long, successful careers, and I thought there wouldn't be room for another Capobianco,” she said in a statement. “The opportunity with Loba Wakol presented itself, and all the pieces just seemed to fit. Now that I’m here, I couldn't be happier with the way this has progressed. There’s always room for another Capobianco.”
