FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, promoted Sarah Bays to director of membership.
Her responsibilities are to expand FCICA membership and increase member engagement. She previously held the position of membership and website coordinator, and she will continue to oversee the FCICA website, social media and association management system in her new role.
FCICA also hired Elizabeth Oderkirk as event and marketing coordinator. Oderkirk is responsible for association communications, membership tasks and event logistics.
“I am looking forward to having Lizzie join us at FCICA headquarters and excited to recognize Sarah’s accomplishments with her promotion,” FCICA Executive Vice President Kimberly Oderkirk said in a statement. “It is a testament to the growth of the association that we are able to accomplish both of these goals.”
