OSHA Delays Electronic Reporting Requirements for Injuries Indefinitely

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is indefinitely delaying enforcement of injury and illness logs electronic reporting requirements.

OSHA had not yet created a website for employers to submit the information, according to law firm Beveridge and Diamond.

Prior to the announcement, certain employers would have had to submit the information from their completed 2016 Form 300A electronically by July 1.
