Regionally, the percentage of survey respondents who cited a flooring specialist shortage was 19 percent in the West, 15 percent in the Midwest, and 14 percent in both the Northeast and South.
The occupation in the shortest supply of subcontractors was carpenter, with 48 percent of survey respondents citing a shortage.
