Fortifiber Building Systems Group (Fernley, Nev.) was acquired by Henry Company, a leader in building envelope systems based in El Segundo, Calif.
The acquisition will “accelerate the expansion of” Fortifiber brands and provide growth outside the company’s core territory in the Western and Southwestern United States, Fortifiber President Chris Young said in a statement.
“The Fortifiber team is energized by the opportunity to join Henry,” he said.
The terms of the deal and the date the acquisition goes into effect were not disclosed.
