Floor & DĂ©cor announced net income of $102.7 million in fiscal year 2017, a 138.8 percent increase from the 2016, when it recorded a net income of $43 million.
Net sales for the fiscal year increased 31.8 percent to $1.38 billion, up from $1.05 billion in fiscal year 2016. Comparable store sales increased 16.6 percent.
Net sales during the fourth quarter increased 40 percent from the same quarter in 2016 to $389.5 million, with a comparable store sales increase of 24.4 percent during the final quarter.
The 2017 fiscal year results mark Floor & Décor’s ninth consecutive year of double-digit comparable store sales growth, according to CEO Tom Taylor.
The company added 14 stores last year.
