Lumber Liquidators announced the appointment of Charles Tyson as chief customer experience officer.
Tyson comes to the new role with 30 years of retail and commercial merchandising experience, as well as omnichannel marketing leadership experience, previously holding senior positions at Advance Auto Parts.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome someone of Charles’ caliber to our senior leadership team, particularly as we focus on strengthening our value proposition and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers,” President and CEO Dennis Knowles said in a statement.
