WFB Briefs: Mannington Hosts ‘Art is Cool’, Cali Bamboo Loyalty Score

Mannington Mills (Salem, N.J.) hosted its “Art is Cool” awards in Salem County, N.J., recognizing the artistic endeavors of local high school students in a ceremony held at the company’s corporate headquarters this month. First place winners in grades 9–12 received a $100 American Express gift card and second place winners received a $50 gift card, while the Best in Show winner earned an additional $100 gift card. The company has hosted the program for 16 years.

Cali Bamboo (San Diego) announced it has scored an all-time high Net Promoter Score of 80. The score measures customer satisfaction and loyalty, with customers rating the company on a scale of zero to 10 on how likely they are to recommend Cali Bamboo. Customers are surveyed 28 days after making a purchase; the highest score that can be achieved on the NPS scale is 100, and the lowest is -100.
