Festool Plans $9.3 Million Expansion to U.S. Headquarters

Festool's North American Headquarters in Lebanon, Ind.Festool (Lebanon, Ind.) announced plans to expand its U.S. headquarters by 80,000 square feet, a move that is expected to create 65 additional jobs in the company.

The $9.3 million expansion is scheduled to start in November and wrap up by December 2019. It is Festool’s second large-scale expansion in the past three years.

“We’re excited to once again expand our facilities,” CFO Brian Goldthorpe said in a statement. “The combination of increased demand for our products and favorable business conditions here in Lebanon make this expansion a win for us as a company and for the community as a whole.”

Festool moved its North American headquarters from Santa Barbara, Calif., to Lebanon in 2006, doubling the facility’s size in 2015.
