HPS Schönox (Florence, Ala.) announced the appointments of Jim Partridge and Mike Penney to top-level positions within the company.
Partridge took over as regional VP for the company’s Northwest and Western territories covering 10 states, and Penney now serves as the senior VP of national and strategic accounts. Penney and Partridge have both spent their entire careers in the flooring industry and bring a combined 50 years of experience to the company. Partridge formerly worked with T&A Supply Company and with Uzin Utz North America as western regional manager and Penney served nearly 20 years with Armstrong Flooring, recently as VP of commercial strategic accounts, according to their LinkedIn profiles.
“Having them on board indicates our growth as a company and that we’re taking the next step with building the brand and its national identity,” Schönox Principal Thomas Trissl said in a statement.
