More properties were sold for $1 million than for less than $200,000 in 2018, according to a report by CoreLogic. Homes sold for less than $200,000 made up 6.1 percent of sales, while homes sold at or above $1 million accounted for 13 percent of homes sold. The majority of homes sold in 2018 were between $200,000 and $400,000, which accounted for 28 percent of homes sold, according to the report.
