Home prices in January grew 4.3 percent, the smallest year-over-year gain recorded since April 2015, according to S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices.
The growth decreased from a 4.6 percent annual gain in December.
The 10-City Composite grew 3.2 percent year-over-year and the 20-City Composite increased 3.6 percent.
Las Vegas, Phoenix and Minneapolis had the highest annual gains among the 20 cities, increasing 10.5 percent, 7.5 percent and 5.1 percent, respectively.
