WFB Briefs: Hard Floors a Top Renovation Purchase; Belknap’s Showcase; More

Non-carpeted flooring is the sixth most common product purchased for home improvement projects, according to a Houzz Survey. According to the survey, 43% of home improvement product purchases include hard surface floors. Paint topped the list as the most common home improvement purchase at 71%. Belknap White Group (Mansfield, Mass.) recently held its Annual Spring Showcase Convention in Uncasville, Conn., where suppliers showcased their latest products. “Each year the showcase attracts more attendees and proves to be an excellent opportunity for our vendors and customers to mingle and network,” Belknap White Group President Paul Castagliuolo stated.

 

The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) opened registration for its 2019 Mid-Year Meeting in Atlanta. The event will take place Oct. 15–17. Registration can be found here.
