Loba-Wakol (Charlotte, N.C.) announced the hiring of Chuck Phillips as training manager and Jamie Gillis as warehouse and logistics manager.
Phillips has been with the company since 2015, when he was hired as the technical sales professional for the Midwest market. He has more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of flooring installation methods and will oversee all aspects of Loba and Wakol training programs for North America. Phillips is currently located in St. Louis but is planning to relocate to be closer to the company’s new North American headquarters in Wadesboro, N.C.
“We are excited to have him take on this new responsibility,” CEO Ashley Carter said in a statement.
Gillis comes to the warehouse and logistics manager position with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of the logistics and distributions field, including transportation, warehousing and safety. He is based in Charlotte, N.C.
“We are excited to have him on board,” Carter stated.
