The studio, which is stocked with take-away samples, features work tables and state-of-the-art lighting and is designed to create a comfortable, user-friendly environment for designers, homeowners and developers, Galleher said.
“Our goal is for our dealers to utilize this location as an extension of their own showroom,” San Diego Division Manager Louis Gordillo said in a statement. “There is no substitute for the experience and understanding one gets from seeing flooring in expansive, large-format displays.”
While the space is open to the public, Galleher said it will not sell product out of the studio, as it sells only to flooring professionals.
“So when it comes time to make a purchase, the homeowners, designers, developers and general contractors who visit the showroom unaccompanied will be referred back to our dealer base,” the company said.
The studio is located at 7595 Raytheon Road in San Diego, and is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
