Mr. David’s Flooring International (Chicago) and RD Weis Companies (Elmsford, N.Y.) announced they will enter into an equity partnership to provide commercial flooring services to the greater New York region.
RD Weis and its brands, including CTS Flooring Group and Professional Athletic Sports Surfaces (PASS), will continue to operate under their own brand names and markets while transitioning to the Mr. David’s infrastructure and systems.
"We believe in today's market, an organization must grow and become more competitive and more technologically-oriented to thrive in the future," RD Weis CEO Randy Weis stated. "Mr. David's and RD Weis are organizations committed to being industry leaders.”
The partnership will go into effect Oct. 1.
