Valentus Specialty Chemicals, which focuses on the wood floor coatings segment by marketing the PoloPlaz, Absco and Sampson brands, announced the additions of Thomas Kinlin and Christopher Kuhlman to its leadership team.
Kinlin will take over as technical director for Valentus, bringing more than 18 years of wood floor coatings product development and manufacturing experience to the position. He was previously assigned to the Absolute Coatings family of products. His new role will include the entire portfolio of wood coatings brands.
“Tom’s extensive experience in product development and manufacturing will ensure our products remain on the forefront of technology,” Valentus President and CEO David Brunori said in a statement. Kinlin will report directly to Brunori.
Kuhlman was appointed senior graphics designer, and comes to the position with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising and brand development.
“We are excited that Chris can help our brands become a brand of choice for the installers,” Brunori stated. Kuhlman will report to VP of Sales and Marketing Mike Brezina.
