Sales of new single‐family houses in November were up 1.3 percent over the revised October rate, rising from 710,000 to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 719,000, according
to estimates released jointly by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The rate is 16.9 percent above the November 2018 estimate of 615,000.
The median sales price of new houses sold in November was $330,800, while the average sales price was $388,200.
