Home prices had a 3.3% annual gain in October, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Schiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index.
The 10-City Composite annual increase was 1.7%, while the 20-City Composite annual increase had a 2.2% gain.
Phoenix; Tampa, Fla.; and Charlotte, N.C., had the highest year-over-year gains in October, growing 5.8%, 4.9% and 4.8%, respectively.
