Home prices in November had a 3.5% annual gain, up from 3.2% in October, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index.
The 10-City Composite annual increase was 2.0% (an increase from October’s 1.7% gain), and the 20-City Composite reported a 2.6% annual gain, up from 2.2% in October.
Among the 20 cities in November, 15 reported higher price increases compared with October. The highest year-over-year price gains were in Phoenix, Charlotte and Tampa, which increased 5.9%, 5.2% and 5.0%, respectively.
