INSTALL Names Tom Flynn Labor Chairman

INSTALL and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC) appointed Tom Flynn as INSTALL labor chairman and UBC general secretary-treasurer.

Flynn is a 33-year member of UBC and has also worked as a political director in Washington D.C. on behalf of UBC and INSTALL.

“My goal is to build on the success of my predecessors and continue to promote INSTALL as the industry-leading marquee program that it is,” Flynn said in a statement.

Flynn succeeds Labor Chairman Michael Capelli, who retired.
