Mannington Mills (Salem, N.J.), collaborating with materials partner Klockner Pentaplast, has manufactured 1,000 clear face shields to donate to front line workers during the COVID-19 crisis.
The face shields are being used at sites in Georgia and New Jersey, where Mannington has a community presence, the company said.
“We’re grateful to Klockner for working with us on this project,” Mannington Sr. VP of Operations Michael Edwards said in a statement. “We’ve been able to help out our front line workers in both healthcare and law enforcement as they work to keep us safe every day.”
