Bona US’s wood flooring adhesives have received Greenguard Gold Certification.
The Gold Certification follows a stricter environmental criteria, and considers safety factors for sensitive individuals, such as children and the elderly, to ensure products are acceptable for environments such as schools and healthcare facilities, according to the company.
The certification applies to Bona’s full line of silane-based wood flooring adhesive products, including Bona R851, Bona R850T, Bona R859, and Bona R880.
Bona said it is the first company in the industry to receive the certification for its wood flooring adhesive products.
