The World Floor Covering Association is encouraging the flooring industry to voice support for a potential fifth round of legislation to aid small businesses struggling in the economic crisis caused by the pandemic.
The U.S. Senate and House of Representatives are negotiating proposals to address Paycheck Protection Program forgiveness, “expand what a PPP loan can be used to pay for, provide tax credits to offset the costs of providing personal protection equipment, create new long-term low-cost loan programs, and provide other needed aid for small businesses and the economy,” WFCA said.
“This will impact you directly and you can have a voice in these discussions,” the organization added.
