AHF Products (Mountville, Pa.) is bolstering its resilient flooring offerings with a purchase of certain assets of Parterre Flooring Systems, a manufacturer of LVT flooring products.
The acquisition includes the Parterre brand, product line, sales representatives and agents, according to AHF. AHF stated it expects the purchase will extend its reach in the commercial resilient flooring market, including the healthcare, education, corporate and hospitality sectors.
âOur ongoing commitment is to create products that bring more value to our channel partners, across categories,â AHF Products President and CEO Brian Carson said in a statement.
AHF, which owns Bruce, Hartco, LM Flooring, Robbins, Capella and HomerWood hardwood flooring brands, entered the vinyl flooring market last year with six rigid core collections and a Hartco commercial line.
