Home prices increased 9.5% year-over-year in November on the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index.
The gain was up from the 8.4% year-over-year home prices growth in October.
The 10-City Composite annual increase grew 8.8%, and the 20-City Composite grew 9.1%.
Phoenix, Seattle and San Diego posted the highest year-over-year home price gains among the 19 cities, increasing 13.8%, 12.7% and 12.3%, respectively.
