Mannington Mills (Salem, N.J.) announced a number of price increases will go into effect April 19, including a 4–8% increase for its hardwood flooring.
The company will also increase prices for its laminate and LVT products 4–8%, with a minimum of $0.10 per square foot on LVT. Phenix Flooring, which Mannington purchased last year, will also increase prices for carpet and LVT.
“We continue to be challenged by rising costs in raw materials and freight,” the company said in a statement. “We have done all we can to offset and mitigate these increases, but they cannot be fully absorbed, and we must pass along an increase to the market.”
The increase will apply to all shipments in the U.S. and Canada.
