PID Floors Hosts Environmental Discussion With Wood Flooring, Design Community

Environmental Roundtable 67

PID Floors (New York City) held an Environmental Roundtable Discussion at its flagship location in Manhattan.

The event, part of the retail company’s Green Initiative, was inspired by the United Nations’ World Environment Day and brought together leaders in the wood flooring and design industries for a panel discussion of sustainability in hardwood flooring, architecture, design and beyond.

It was held Oct. 13 and featured representatives from the National Wood Flooring Association, Decorative Hardwoods Association, Hardwood Federation and more.

“We were astounded by the level of knowledge, thoughtfulness, and candor shared by each of our panelists,” PID Floors said in a statement. “We were left with a sense of reinvigorated purpose and inspiration to continue our mission as a company.”
