Mirage (St-Georges, Quebec) announced the acquisition of Parquets Alexandra, a prefinished wood flooring manufacturer based in Lévis, Quebec, and founded in 2007.
“The main advantages of acquiring Parquets Alexandra are for the quality of their team, its brand recognition, and their finishing line capabilities,” Mirage said in a statement. Parquets Alexandra’s sales network is mainly in Canada, where it produces prefinished UV and oiled hardwood floors.
Alexandra Fortier, Parquets Alexandra’s president, will join the Mirage team and lend her expertise to the company. "Parquets Alexandra is a great addition to our family of quality hardwood flooring brands,” Mirage President Pierre Thabet said in a statement. “We will continue to focus on being the hardwood flooring experts in our industry.”
Mirage also owns the Vintage and Ten Oaks wood flooring brands.
