Domotex Asia/ChinaFloor is slated to return to Shanghai July 26–28. The event was scheduled following a loosening of COVID-19 restrictions in China nationwide. “We believe that the second half of 2023 will mark a strong rebound in international and domestic activities in a safer environment,” stated co-organizer David Zhong.
American Sanders will host its its Advanced Sand & Finish School March 21–23 in Charlotte, N.C. The school will be taught by lead trainer and wood flooring expert Daniel Boone. The World Floor Covering Association promoted Steve Abernathy to COO. Abernathy will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the strategic vision of the organization and its divisions. He will also lead operational strategy and performance and report to CEO Scott Humphrey.
