Horizon Forest Products companies—including Wood Pro, Custom Wholesale Floors and Heritage Forest Products—have merged into one company under the Horizon Forest Products name, the company announced.
The combined company will be headquartered in Raleigh, N.C. The merger enables a stronger presence in the marketplace with an extensive product line, deeper expertise and greater geographic coverage, the company said.

There will be no interruption in service or product availability amid the transition, according to the company, which will now have 22 locations throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Texas.
Horizon Forest Products acquired Wood Pro and Custom Wholesale in 2020.
