Bye previously worked for four years at Benjamin Moore & Company and nearly 26 years at Rust-Oleum Corporation prior to joining Virginia Abrasives.
“His combined experience in finance, sales management and manufacturing are ideally suited to the manufacturing company,” Virginia Abrasives said in a statement.
Bye, previously based in the Chicago area, will relocate to the Petersburg area to work out of Virginia Abrasives’ headquarters.
