Taylor Adhesives (Dalton, Ga.) announced it will offer a lifetime warranty for wood flooring installations completed by installers who are certified by the National Wood Flooring Association.
The warranty applies only to the company’s Taylor Signature Line and Essentials Line wood adhesive products and will cover the replacement of floor covering material, Taylor product(s) and labor costs to repair and replace in the event of an adhesive-related failure. The new warranty offer extends the normal 10-year warranty Taylor offered to match the warranty of the wood flooring product installed.
“We recognize the quality of the training program the NWFA conducts for wood flooring installers,” stated Seth Gladden, director of marketing for Meridian Industrial Flooring Division and Taylor. “We believe in that, and we want to support their program by offering this unprecedented Lifetime Warranty for wood flooring installations performed by NWFA-certified installers using Taylor products.”
Taylor will also offer its customers discounts and incentives toward NWFA certification testing. Taylor distributors can also receive a discount for hosting NWFA wood floor installation training in their location to reach local installers in their markets.
