Domotex Asia/ChinaFloor, hosted for the first time in three years at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Centre, set a new attendance record with 83,594 visitors.
The number of attendees was up 25% compared with the last show, held in 2019.
This year’s event, the first since the COVID-19 pandemic, was held July 26–28 and drew more than 14,000 international attendees from over 110 countries. More than 1,600 exhibitors were featured in seven halls.
“The high presence of the international participants, both as exhibitors and visitors, reconfirmed that China remains an important hub for the international trade in the flooring industry and the confidence in the region has returned,” organizers said in a statement.
The next Domotex Asia/ChinaFloor is slated for May 28–30, 2024.
