Beyond Balance, held in partnership with Women’s Innovation Network (WiN) and Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), will take place March 5 at the Dalton Convention Center in Dalton, Ga.
The event will feature networking opportunities, educational sessions and panel discussion. Keynote speaker Tara Renze will also discuss taking ownership of career paths.
“The event is about broadening support for women and how women navigate success in the multi-faceted roles we play in an evolving work environment and world,” stated Brenda Knowles, VP of customer experience for the Shaw Industries commercial division and board member of WIFI.
