The event is also partnering with the Australasian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA) and Federparquet, the Italian Association of Wood Flooring Distributors and Installers, to build on its international turnout.
“The Chinese government continues its open approach to strengthen international partnerships and enhance mutual trade,” organizers stated. “In particular, the waiving of entry visas for passport holders of important markets such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and others, further facilitates the participation of international players at the trade events in China.”
Advent International, a private equity firm, also announced an investment in VNU Exhibitions Asia, which organizes Domotex Asia among other trade shows in China. Royal Jaarbeurs, a prior investor, sold its 70% share in VNU in China to Advent International Feb. 1.
