CFI Expands with ‘Chapter Groups’ in Indiana, Maryland and Wisconsin

Certified Flooring Installers announced the launch of chapter groups, which will expand the organization’s presence in multiple states.

The groups are designed to be localized hubs for knowledge exchange and professional development within the flooring community, according to CFI. The initial expansion will include Indiana, Maryland and Wisconsin, with plans for outreach in Georgia, Tennessee, California, Texas and Michigan.

Benefits to the chapter groups will include networking, education, advocacy and support, as well as harmonized certification and standards, CFI stated.

"We are thrilled to embark on this exhilarating journey of expansion with the launch of Certified Flooring Installers chapter groups,” stated Steve Abernathy, COO of World Floor Covering Association and executive director of CFI, a division of WFCA. “This initiative symbolizes our commitment to fostering a united community of professional flooring installers, where excitement fuels collaboration, education knows no borders, and excellence becomes a universal language in the dynamic tapestry of our industry."
