Trinity Hardwood Distributors’ Jon Roy Reid Inducted into NWFA Hall of Fame

After more than five decades in the wood floor business, Jon Roy Reid—president of Dallas-based Trinity Hardwood Distributors—has been inducted into the National Wood Flooring Association Hall of Fame.

A third-generation wood floor master, Reid began his career in the flooring industry at age 13, working for his family’s business, Trinity Floor. In 1977, he founded Trinity Hardwood Distributors, transforming it into one of Texas’s largest providers of unfinished hardwood. The company became part of the Galleher LLC network in 2021 and serves as the Los Angeles-based company’s southwestern hub. 

“Jon Roy possesses a distinctive combination of hands-on leadership and motivational skills that distinguish him,” Galleher CEO Rick Coates said in a statement. “His commitment to our customers, coupled with his ability to coach and inspire his team, has driven Trinity Hardwood Distributors to unparalleled success.”
