Houzz is expanding its project management and design software to include a subcontractor dashboard, budgeting features, Google Drive integration and photo documentation capabilities.
“We understand the unique complexities that come with managing large teams, budgets and projects. With the release of these tools, we’re simplifying the process for larger firms, helping them track all the moving pieces of their projects in one place,” Houzz CEO Alon Cohen said in a statement. “By getting everyone on the same page, Houzz Pro software helps reduce errors and identify potential issues that could impact project timelines and budgets.”
The subcontractor dashboard will allow users to share project information, such as project schedules and budgets, with subcontractors.
Houzz Pro’s new budgeting feature will enable pros to pull together the estimated costs, actual costs and expenses of each project.
The Google Drive integration allows users to pull files and photos from their Google Drive into project documents, while the photo documentation capabilities let users save an unlimited amount of photos into the software.
