Entries for WFB’s 2025 Ultimate Wood Floor Guy/Gal Contest are open.
The deadline for nominating your co-worker, employee, boss, friend or yourself in the contest that showcases the best in wood flooring contracting is Oct. 1 at 5 p.m. CT.
This contest shines a spotlight on exceptional contractors who go above and beyond in the work they do. After the deadline, one Ultimate Wood Floor Guy and one Ultimate Wood Floor Gal will be chosen as the 2025 winners.
Ultimate winners receive a free trip to Germany, where contest sponsors Lägler and Berger-Seidle will treat them to a tour of their facilities and a full slate of hands-on education during their popular Fly & Sand trip.
Winners are also profiled in the December 2025/January 2026 issue of WFB.

Rules for entry
Nominees should work in the wood flooring industry in a contracting capacity: installing, sanding, finishing, refinishing, etc.
The deadline to submit is Oct. 1 at 5 p.m. CT.
