Remodeling Market Sentiment Up Five Points in Q4

Confidence in the home remodeling market increased five points in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared with the third quarter, according to the National Association of Home Builders/Westlake Royal Remodeling Market Index.

Sentiment increased to a level of 68 on the index. An index level above 50 indicates more remodelers view conditions as good than poor.
