Floor & Decor announced the appointment of Bradley Paulsen as president, effective April 28.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to join the leadership team for this exceptional growth company and to support Floor & Decor’s outstanding associates, who give homeowners, professional customers and commercial customers the highest quality, trend-setting hard surface flooring products at everyday low prices,” Paulsen said in a statement.
Prior to this role, Paulsen served as the CEO of North America for Rentokil Initial and CEO of Rexel USA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the United States Military Academy and a master’s of business administration from Vanderbilt University.
