Roomvo Report: Luxury Vinyl Remains Most Popular Flooring Material

Luxury vinyl remained the most popular flooring material globally in 2024, according to the room visualizer company Roomvo’s 2025 Flooring Trends Report.

In 2024, the company’s flooring visualization data showed 30% of users added luxury vinyl to their homes, marking a 2-point increase from 2023.

Behind luxury vinyl, tile made up 28% of flooring visualizations and hardwood made up 13%.

Globally, hardwood flooring in 2024 was down 1% from 2023 but has remained at 13% for the past two years in the Americas, the report found.

Natural tones like beige and browns are the most popular flooring colors, making up 92% of flooring products visualized globally.
